3-day CREDAI Property Show begins in Vizag on a grand scale
Minister for Health Vidadala Rajini on Friday the emergence of Visakhapatnam as a happening city and the decision of Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy to make it the executive capital.

Visakhapatnam Minister for Health Vidadala Rajini on Friday the emergence of Visakhapatnam as a happening city and the decision of Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy to make it the executive capital will further raise the demand for housing in various categories thereby boosting real estate business.
Underlining the need for CREDAI to play a big role in the development of the city, the Minister said after inaugurating the 8th CREDAI Property Expo that the show will offer various options to prospective home-owners under one roof. The first day of the expo three-day evoked an overwhelming response.
Addressing a meeting after declaring the Property Expo of CREDAI Visakhapatnam chapter open, she recalled the importance of Visakhapatnam and said that everyone is looking at it and it is bound to develop further. The
Minister congratulated the Visakhapatnam chapter for organising the expo on a grand scale with over 100 stalls and said this will be of great help to the people.
Earlier honorary secretary E. Ashok Kumar welcomed the guests. CREDAI Visakhapatnam chairman Bayana Srinivasa Rao, president KSRK Raju (Sai) said CREDAI Visakhapatnam members will construct houses with
"trust, quality, timely delivery and affordable price as four pillars and as such it earned the trust and confidence of home-buyers. We continue to adhere to these standards."
The chairman said that because of its natural resources and location of PSUs like Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, Visakhapatnam Port Authority and Gangavaram Port and well-connected railway and air network the city is bound to develop and CREDAI Visakhapatnam is committed to play it's part in its overall development.
Expo convener V. Sreenu gave details of stalls and other participants. The reputation of CREDAI as a credible association has been growing, he said.
Later the Minister released the issue-4 of CREDAI-Visakhapatnam's bi-monthly bBulletin Visakha-Vision.
